Never Order Again

Pathetically Poor. Never received my purchase

This is our busiest time of year and orders ca get delayed but in your case it was more a matter of timing. You placed your order after we closed on Thursday evening so we didn't see it until Friday and the harvesting was already planned for that day and Monday. So the harvesting and shipping was scheduled for Tuesday and delivered to you on Thursday. All less than a week from ordering to delivery exact what we indicated in the order confirmation. Somedays I wish we could just go to a shelf, pick a package, put a label on it and ship but that is not the nature of our field grown product. We want the grass to be as fresh as possible when it arrives at your home. Thank you for the opportunity to review this with you.

Good grass and service

I have bought several different items and I have been happy with them , my only complaint is that I would like to see more discounts for shipping on larger purchases, the shipping costs really hinders buying more items
Merchant reply by John 8 days ago Thank you for your thoughtful review. Shipping a heavy product doesn't help when it comes to that cost. Carriers annually raise rates by a minimum of 5% and that is on the base rate. All sorts of surcharges are added to that for every package including a fuel surcharge that changes daily. There are savings with larger purchases of grass going in one box to one address and that we pass along. One pound in our smallest grass package cost $1.26 to ship while one pound in our largest pack only cost $ 0.43 - a savings of 65%. Actually a pretty good savings. It is a complex subject and we do spend a lot of time trying to make sure we get it right. Thank you for the opportunity to cover what is a hard topic, in as simple of way as possible. Doesn't make it any less expensive to ship but be assured it is not a subject we take lightly. Thank you again.

Pleasantly Surprised

The information shared on the website was very helpful In regards to my Zoysia lawn. Additionally, to the basics there were several other areas of information that I found interesting. I have made this to be my go to source for all things Zoysia. I haven’t received the fertilizer yet, but I found the product, on the front end, to be a legitimate value. Thanks Zoysia Farms! I plan to come back and make additional purchases.

All good until checkout. - I was given a coupon code to add but there was no place for me to add it when checking out. - so no discount

You did get the correct everyday low price. This weeks promotion is a special Super Plug package that comes with starter fertilizer. If that is what you wanted there is a spot to enter that code at the top of the grass order chart. Hope that helps. Great So Far

I spoke with a rep; very helpful and polite. Easy to order online and delivery was much quicker than I expected. Still have to plant 2400 plugs and see how they grow. I would recommend Zoysia Farms thus far.
